Future environmental engineer Rebecca was very pleased to see this bin for composting fruit and vegetable waste. This was in the food court at the Monterrey Mall, up the street from our hostel. This wouldn't work in the US because mall food courts typically don't have much in the way of real fruits and vegetables.
